We checked in and were greeted by a not-so-friendly staff member who didn’t treat us like regulars. The room was okay, but a bit dim and noisy above us. On the positive side, the bar and lounge area were nice spots to chill after a long day! Watch out for that staff vaping at the entrance though.

We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning not quite cooling the room effectively, even with the thermostat set low. One of the nights, it felt too warm for comfort, but luckily, the cooler air outside helped a bit. All in all, I acknowledge certain challenges, but the cleanliness and warm service made a significant difference to our stay.
